The 2020 COVID-19 pandemic brought massive change to the restaurant industry, namely the way high-end eateries dealt with delivery and takeout - previously uncharted waters for fine dining establishments. For Michelin-starred Sushi Noz, a newly developed delivery menu spawned a spin-off market concept, Noz Market, which opened its doors in December 2020. Strange Pursuits was responsible for all elements of the design, including branding and branding applications, web design, social media assets, and merchandise.
